Champagne tasting Notes

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs NV

This Champagne embodies purity of the Chardonnay grapes from which it is made exclusively. Made primarily with Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs, it is intensely aromatic.
The nose is powerfully reminiscent of fresh fruits with dominant notes of citrus and exotic fruits, followed by a touch of jasmine, white peaches and pink peppercorns. The palate is both precise and clean as the wine delivers a radiant balance between roundness and smoothness.

Moet Grand Vintage 2004

Every Grand Vintage is unique and original, the cellar master’s personal, free interpretation in service of the singular qualities of that year’s grapes.
Grand Vintage 2004 perfectly embodies the three essential values of the Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage spirit: freedom of interpretation, selection of the year's most remarkable wines, respect for the individuality of each vintage for finely aged champagnes which stand out for their maturity, complexity and charisma.

Krug Grande Cuvée

Krug Grande Cuvée is the archetype of Krug’s philosophy of craftsmanship and savoir faire: A blend of around 120 wines from ten or more different vintages, some of which may reach 15 years of age.
Blending so many vintages gives Krug Grande Cuvée its unique fullness of flavours and aromas, its incredible generosity and its absolute elegance - something impossible to express with the wines of just a single year. Its exceptional finesse is the result of a stay of at least another six years in the cellars. Over twenty years are needed to craft each bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée: the first prestige cuvee re-created each year, beyond the very notion of vintage

Veuve Clicquot Vintage Rosé

This Vintage Rosé offer a deep pink colour with highlights of copper and delicate light effervescence. The nose, extremely elegant, at first reveals flavours of ripe red fruits that burst on the tongue, before gradually giving way to violets, lilacs and light’ pastry notes.
A discreet touch of ground coffee can also be distinguished. The attack is forthright and energetic. This generous wine offer an astonishingly long and subtle finish. It is extremely complex and is distinguished by great freshness. On the palate, strong notes of fruit recall the refined nose. The finish is surprising in its persistence.

Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec

A fine even effervescence with deep golden highlights. Rich in the scents of ripe fruit (candied fruits, berry liquor) with hints of toasts and brioche. Round and mellow with a delightful freshness.
