This year we’re celebrating New Year’s Eve in an extra special way.
As the grand finale to our 20th anniversary year, we’ll be taking inspiration from our past with a menu that pays homage to two decades of the finest food and wine.
Arrive to a Champagne reception and then indulge in a delicious five course menu inspired by dishes from the past with a modern twist, then dance through the night until the clock strikes 12.
Five fabulous courses with one paired wine per course, live music and fireworks - £249 per person
Dress code: Black tie.
Guests will be grouped together on tables of ten or more. Children must be a minimum of 14 years old.

Join us the day before New Year’s Eve for a little taste of the luxury that’s to follow. Check in to your stylish, contemporary room and relax. In the evening, enjoy a three course dinner in the elegant surroundings of our restaurant.
New Year's Eve - 31st December
Wake to a leisurely breakfast, either in the restaurant or the comfort of your room, the choice is yours. Later, indulge in a traditional afternoon tea while selecting your choice of Champagne for the midnight toast. From 7pm, you’ll be enjoying five fantastic courses with paired wines and then the countdown begins… Dress code: Black tie.
Join us after the big night for a spot of bubbles and brunch.
Subject to availability. Based on guests arriving on 30th December and two people sharing a Luxury Double or twin room. Room upgrades are available for a supplement. 50% deposit will be required upon booking. Balance payable by 17th November 2018. Price includes VAT.
