Pressed rabbit and parsley terrine, confit carrot, mustard

Roast Scottish Sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables

Rack of spring lamb, asparagus, hispi cabbage, celeriac

Sea bream, piquillo peppers, crushed potato, grapefruit
