Guinea fowl and parsley terrine, blood orange, chicory, almonds

Pressed confit foie gras, rhubarb, ginger, spiced bread

Hand dived scallops, carrot, lemon, hazelnut

Roast Scottish Sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast vegetables, celeriac, chow chow, watercress

Pork ribeye, braised belly, Swiss chard, grelot onions

Butternut squash risotto, parmesan cheese, truffle
