In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your booking, please advise by noon on the day that precedes your arrival in order to avoid any charges.
We will be delighted to meet you, by prior arrangement, at one of our local railway stations or from Heathrow or Gatwick airports. Charges will vary according to the time of day.
