Spain has long had an enviable reputation in crafting unique wines from the classic regions. However over the last few years a raft of “New Spain” has arrived on our shores, providing another element to their world of wine. We will look at both styles, from long-aged Rioja to the wines of Toro & Priorat. A real Iberian road trip!

Executive Chef at The Vineyard for the past five years, Daniel Galmiche, regularly appears on Saturday Kitchen and has two successful cookbooks focussing on brasserie and contemporary French cooking. Daniel will select his favourite dishes from the summer menu and his cookbooks for you to enjoy with matching wines.

Fiona was born in Cardiff in the 1960s. She trained at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in the 1970's and London’s Guildhall School of Music and Drama in the 1980s. She accepted a one month contract at the Newbury Hilton in the 1990s. Twenty five years on and she’s still here!
