Join us for this gin masterclass as we take you through the history of gin, and then have a go at blending your very own gin with the most popular botanicals. We’ll also give you tips on the different ganrishes and how to serve the perfect gin and tonic or gin cocktail.

    This informative and structured course is run over 3 days (21st September, 12th and 19th October) and is ideal for enthusiastic amateurs and those looking to enter the wine industry. The course covers the major grape varieties, regions of the world, food and wine pairing, sparkling wines, fortified wines and the major spirits. As part of the course, enjoy a three course lunch with matching wines each day in our elegant restaurant.

    We are delighted to welcome, Clément Marcotte de Quivière from Clarence Dillon Family wines, owners of top estates Chateau Haut-Brion (the oldest wine estate in Bordeaux) and La Mission Haut-Brion. Mr Clarence Dillion purchased the Haut- Brion estate in 1935, and his grandson established Clarence Dillon Wines in 2005 to produce and sell ‘Clarendelle’, the first premium brand wine in Bordeaux.

    Join us for an exquisite four course dinner matched with fantastic wines from the Clarendelle estate with an extra special main course wine from La Mission Haut-Brion.

    Join Kidney Research UK on 16 October 2014 at The Vineyard for a unique opportunity not to be missed, an evening of gastronomy at it's finest!

    The evening starts at 7pm with a drinks reception followed by a five course tasting menu with paired wines selected by the in-house sommelier. Each course will be described by Daniel and the wines will be explained by one of our sommelier team. We promise a superb evening!
