But this has been replicated numerous times around the world as other countries aim to mimic that occasion.   • WSET Courses

    Perfect for wine enthusiasts, this detailed and structured course is run over 5 days (1st, 2nd, 8th, 15th and 29th April) and provides a detailed analysis of the principal wines and spirits of the world. You’ll also develop your analytical tasting skills in an in-depth tasting where you’ll learn to identify product style and quality. During intense studying, we’ll treat you to a relaxing three course lunch with matching wines each day.

    We recommend that students complete the Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits before progressing to the Level 3 Award.

    £30 per 100ml glass. Current wine list price - £250.00.

    This weekend, you will have the great opportunity to taste one of best vintage Ports ever produced by one of the finest Port producers, Taylor’s. 1985 was one of the few declared vintages for Port. This fantastic vintage Port shows notes of plum, dry fruit and sweet spices as such as cinnamon, liquorice and clove. The palate has more tobacco and chocolate as well as some dark cherry compote. This wine is perfect way to end your dinner, or to match with our cheese selection.
