Function Rooms

Below are descriptions of the function rooms at The Vineyard. Floor plans for the function rooms are available for download here.

The Music Room

The beautifully furnished Music Room, featuring a harp and piano, is the ideal suite for a board meeting or private dinner. It is adjacent to the California Bar, which is perfect as a break out area for pre-dinner drinks or a wine tasting. The room has plenty of natural daylight, high ceiling, full air conditioning, adjustable lighting and internet access. Ideal for high level board meetings and elegant private dining occasions.

Capacity

Up to 50 alone. Up to 120 when combined with Morning Room.

The Morning Room

The magnificent Morning Room has high ceilings, plenty of natural daylight, full air conditioning, adjustable lighting and internet access. It is the largest single meeting room at The Vineyard at Stockcross, but can be extended further when combined with the Music Room. Ideal for larger groups, presentations and group work.

Capacity

Up to 80 alone. Up to 120 when combined with Music Room.

The Atrium Suite

The Atrium Suite is naturally a very quiet and private space as it is situated in the Atrium wing of the hotel, furthest away from the main house. French doors lead onto a patio area with peaceful views overlooking the golf course. There is also a break out area just outside the meeting room. The room has plenty of natural daylight, full air conditioning, adjustable lighting and internet access.

The Sonoma Suite

The Sonoma forms part of a dedicated business suite used for meetings and conferences. Facilities include a fax, photocopier and internet access. Adjacent to the Sonoma is the St Helena syndicate room, which can be used as a syndicate room or break out area. The room has plenty of natural daylight and full air conditioning and adjustable lighting.

Capacity

Up to 50.

Syndicate Rooms

The Vineyard also has a variety of comfortable syndicate rooms and suites. Catering for up to eight people, the rooms are perfect for smaller meetings or more intimate private dinners. All the rooms have plenty of natural daylight, full air conditioning and adjustable lighting.
