Go Behind the Scenes, only at The Vineyard!

A unique opportunity to spend time and learn with Executive Head Chef, John Campbell*, and his brigade in the kitchen of the 2 Michelin star restaurant. A must for food and wine enthusiasts!

There are two experiences to choose from:


Behind the Scenes - 2 Hour Experience
Groups of 8-20 persons

 
Behind the Scenes - Half Day Experience
Groups of 8-16 persons

On your 2 Hour Experience, enjoy tour of the kitchen including:

• interactive canapes
• insight into a 2 Michelin star kitchen
• share scientific approaches to food
• Cellar tour
• Champagne seminar before dinner
• 10-course tasting menu with matching wines. During dinner, guests will be called into the kitchen in pairs to cook courses for the rest of the group.

On your Half Day Experience, enjoy a talk; the application of science in the home incorporating:

• slow cooking
• organisation of dinner parties
• brain to palate association
• making the perfect risotto
• meat cookery

Break for coffee, then enjoy all the benefits of the 2 Hour Experience along with a copy of Formulas for Flavour to take home.
