Host your very own Chef's Table, only at The Vineyard!

A totally unique and exclusive dining experience has been created following the success of the annual Chef's Table event.
For parties of up to 90, this event can be incorporated into a conference or private party.

The experience begins in the afternoon with three tutorials:

• Wine tasting
• Chocolate tasting and making
• Cocktail making

There is plenty of time to relax before the evening event begins with:

• Reception drinks
• Meeting the chefs for interactive canapes - prepared as you watch

Dinner is announced by Executive Chef, John Campbell:

• 10-course tasting menu dinner
• Matched wines
• Live television link to the kitchen
• Selected diners invited to help prepare each course
• DVD memento and Chef’s recipe book to take away

Guests are invited to open envelopes at their place setting, revealing 2 lucky individuals per table who will have the chance to work alongside the kitchen team during the dinner. There will of course be no place to hide as the kitchen has 7 fixed cameras with live images being beamed back to the room with their colleagues watching in anticipation.

There will be an opportunity for 20 people to join the brigade and cook all 10 courses giving both the guests and the individual a fantastic insight into the workings of a 2 Michelin star restaurant. After dinner the novice chefs stand alongside the kitchen brigade and enjoy traditional and well earned ‘santé du chef’.
