Your membership number must be quoted at the time of booking. Points cannot be claimed retrospectively.

Points can only be claimed against agreed corporate rates or full published rates.
|

|
Rewards must be claimed during the same calendar year that they are earned and cannot be carried over to the following year.

Rewards where applicable are subject to availability and certain restrictions. Restrictions are as quoted next to each reward. The hotel in question reserves the right to offer an alternative reward or a reward of an equal value where necessary.

Points are only awarded after the date of arrival of the associated booking. Increases / decreases and cancellations will be reflected in the points awarded.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services and must be taken as described.

The Peter Michael Collection reserves the right to withdraw or amend rewards without prior notice.
