GROUND FLOOR

Music Room
The beuatifully furnished Music Room that features a harp and piano, is the ideal suite for a board meeting or private dinner. Catering for up to 40 people it is adjacent to the California Bar which is perfect as a break out area, for pre-dinner drinks or indeed a wine tasting. The Music Room can be used with the Morning Room for a larger function for up to 120 people. The room has plenty of natural daylight, full air-conditioning, adjustable lighting and an ISDN line.

Morning Room
The magnificent Morning Room is a larger venue capable of accommodating up to 70 delegates for a meeting or 60 for a sit down meal. The room has plenty of natural daylight, full air-conditioning, adjustable lighting and an ISDN line.

THIRD FLOOR

Sonoma Suite and St. Helena
The Sonoma room forms part of a dedicated business suite used for meetings and conferences. Facilities include a fax, photocopier and ISDN line. Adjacent to the Sonoma Suite is the St Helena syndicate room, which can be used as a syndicate room or break out area.

The Atrium Suite
The Atrium meeting room is naturally a very quiet and private space as it is situated in the Atrium wing of the hotel, furthest away from the main house.
French doors lead out onto a patio area with peaceful view overlooking the golf course. There is also a break out area just outside the meeting room. The room has plenty of natural daylight, full air-conditioning, adjustable lighting and an ISDN line.

Syndicate Rooms
The Vineyard also has a variety of comfortable syndicate rooms and suites. Catering for up to six people, the rooms are perfect for smaller meetings or more intimate private dinners. All the rooms have plenty of natural daylight, full air-conditioning and adjustable lighting.
