We've designed our menu so you can enjoy creating your own wine and food tasting.  As a guide we'd suggest taking 4 to 5 dishes to match with wines chosen from our 30,000 bottle cellar.

Sweet onion velouté, foie gras, pickled red onion

Pressed rabbit and parsley terrine, confit carrot, mustard

Confit foie gras, gariguette strawberry, sesame nougatine, hazelnuts   


Hand dived Orkney scallops, baby artichoke, aubergine, polenta

Brixham lemon sole, shellfish emulsion, pak choi salad

Cornish cod, peas, broad beans, pecorino fondue  

Line caught halibut, tomato, shallots, aїoli
