We've designed our menu so you can enjoy creating your own wine and food tasting.  As a guide we'd suggest taking 4 to 5 dishes to match with wines chosen from our 30,000 bottle cellar.

Pheasant and partridge terrine, orange, radish, brussel tops              

Pressed confit foie gras, pear, cucumber and ginger


Hand dived scallops, Jerusalem artichoke , black truffle
