Set against the backdrop of Berkshire’s rolling countryside, this sociable dining experience invites guests to relax over chilled drinks and generous plates of Cornish lobster, heritage breed sirloin steak and seasonal vegetarian tacos, all served with crisp fries and salad.
Created by Executive Chef Tom Scade and Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Bouhelier, the menu captures the relaxed, and social element of alfresco dining. End on a sweet note with elegant desserts such as salted caramel chocolate tart or strawberry and vanilla taco.
Served daily from 12.30pm to 7.00pm, indoors or on the lawn. Open to hotel guests and non-staying guests with bookings preferable but not required.
