Meet the Pros are super exciting masterclasses combining meet the supplier with meet the wine producer.  Each season will showcase a seasonal ingredient expertly paired with a suitable wine to create an evening of provenance, professionalism and producers.

The second in our series of Meet the Pros… introducing Holly King from King’s Caviar and Mark Darley, Director of All Angels Vineyard.

Princess of Caviar, Holly King joined the family business in 2015 and can often be found conducting caviar tastings for chefs, hoteliers and private customers. Kings is widely regarded as the UK’s leading caviar expert and was the first caviar importer to introduce DNA testing to guarantee the provenance of all of their caviar. At All Angels, their passion is to produce exquisite English Sparkling Wine from grapes grown only in their historic Berkshire vineyards. Their ethos is based on uncompromising quality in the vineyard, the winery and in bottle, balanced with sustainable methods, greater biodiversity, carbon capturing and engagement with nature across the estate.

Executive Chef Tom Scade and Director of Wine Romain Bourger will be introducing our guests so you can sit back, relax and enjoy an evening of the finest.
