As part of our eight-day celebration of English Wine Week at The Vineyard, this special edition of our Meet the Professionals event series brings together two champions of English terroir and sustainability.

Perfect for food lovers, wine enthusiasts, and those passionate about local sourcing, this evening showcases the beautiful synergy between winemaking and regenerative herb farming, with a spotlight on fresh herbs from Edge Herb Farm. Every course is a celebration of biodiversity, provenance and craftsmanship.

Your experience includes:

  • A guided tasting and talk with Henry Rymill (Simpsons Wine Estate) and Rachel (Edge Herb Farm), sharing insights into sustainable winemaking and herb cultivation
  • Expert wine pairings from Simpsons and All Angels with each course, selected to complement and elevate the menu
  • A three-course tasting menu created using locally sourced ingredients and fresh herbs from Edge Herb Farm and Sheepdrove
  • The opportunity to meet and speak with Henry and Rachel at a dedicated table during the evening
